Abbot Ale is an excellent ale: the initial taste is of rich, ripe fruit, which is balanced with deep, malty undertones. Finally the hops, masses of them, come bursting through.

Full bodied and mature (5 % ABV) rich in malt and ripe fruit, superb hop balance, intense bittersweet finish.
